Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy At Furryglory, we want you and your pet to be perfectly happy with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unused, and free of pet hair, dirt, or odors.

  • With all original tags and labels attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.

  • Items showing signs of significant use, damage, or heavy pet hair.

Restocking Fees

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, Furryglory will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

  • Please note: All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in China. International shipping rates may apply.

  2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Please ensure your package is shipped with a trackable service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Processing Time: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
