Order Processing

In stock products orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Customized products take 7-10 days to process.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

To ensure the best quality and price, please note that all packages are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China. We work with reliable international logistics partners to ensure your package arrives safely.

  3. Tracking information is also sent via email immediately once your order ships.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since products are shipped internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Furryglory is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer as the importer.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • Delayed Packages: Please note that severe weather or customs delays may impact delivery times. We are not responsible for such uncontrollable delays.

  • Lost Packages: Packages are considered lost after 20 business days in transit with no tracking update. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your package is lost. We will initiate a claims process and arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Packages: Please report any damaged packages to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.

  • Address changes must be requested before the order ships.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
